Express mail is GUARANTEED by the USPS only. It takes 1-2 days delivery in most cities.

❤ Damaged Orders – We hand-wrap each of our products and carefully prepare them for shipping. In the event that your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with a photo along with your preferred method of contact so we may assist you in filing a claim with the United States Postal Service.

❤ Order Not Received – Please refer to the USPS tracking number associated with your order to track your shipment. If your order shows that it has been delivered, please contact your local post office to file a complaint/open a case. In the event that your mail is missing and this is confirmed by the USPS (after a USPS case is opened) we will discuss options with you.

❤ Address Not Correct – We are NOT responsible for orders that have been placed with incorrect shipping information. PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct when checking out. WE DO CHARGE a re-shipping fee if the package comes back to us and we have to mail it to you again.
