ESTIMATED Shipping Time (AFTER PRODUCTION TIME)

Standard mail takes an estimated 5-10 days delivery time after the shop’s production time.

Priority mail takes an estimated 2-3 days delivery time after the shop’s production time.

Express mail is Guaranteed by the USPS for 1-2 day delivery after the shop’s production time in most cities in the US.

You can make your shipping choice at checkout.

Most of our items can be customized. Use the drop down boxes to select your information. Use the boxes to type in your custom information.

*MOST* of our items can have back side engraving. The cost of this service is $6.00 per piece to be engraved.

The wording for the back side MUST be approved FIRST by our shop. Just send us a message with the wording you are requesting. We answer frequently throughout the day and will let you know as soon as we can.

Our jewelry is not intended for young children, small parts could be a choking hazard. Please do not allow your younger child to play with or wear our items.

Aluminum should not tarnish but it can get dirty over time with wearing. Simply take a damp cloth with a small amount of light dish soap and wipe the piece clean. Then dry the piece off completely. You can also use a pro polish cleaning pad.

Keep your pieces away from corrosive chemicals like chlorine, bleach, and acids. We also recommend not wearing them in the shower or swimming. Avoid spraying them with perfume or applying lotions to the wearing area.

*DO NOT use clear nail polish on any of the pendants. This is a chemical. It does not protect the pieces correctly and will flake off over time ruining the appearance of the pendant.

If paying by PayPal, please make sure the address is correct on PayPal as well.

We CHARGE a re-shipping fee if the item is returned to us because of a wrong address that was used at checkout. We only get one address with your order – that is the address we use.

Some items are sent in organza bags. Some items are sent in gift boxes. At this time we do NOT charge for the bags or boxes. The boxes will have our business information on them. If you need a box without our business name – please plan accordingly by purchasing one outside of our shop. In the future, we do plan to offer our customers gift boxes that they can purchase. When this becomes available, we will post a listing link as to where they can be purchased. Thanks So Much!
